Victor was a chemist of the DHARMA Initiative. He was working on the island until he was killed in the purge.

Victor was first seen at the dock when the new DHARMA recruits of 1973 arrived the island. He was then seen in the Processing Center, sitting at the registration counter next to Doris, and helping the new recruits to register, including Sebastian.

Victor's jumpsuit
- In Lost: The Auction, Victor's DHARMA jumpsuit was the item of lot #833. The estimated price is $100 - $200, and it has been sold for $1,300.
- Similar to Horace Goodspeed, Victor's jumpsuit has the Arrow logo on it.
- Victor's name is not clearly seen in any episode, but Mike Johnson, another extra playing a recurring background DHARMA member in season 3 and 5, has provided a behind-the-scene group photo taken by crew member, that revealed this extra being the one who portrayed Victor.
- Beside playing Victor, the actor is seen playing another DHARMA member working at the construction site of the Orchid in "Some Like It Hoth".
