Veronica Hamel played the role of Margo Shephard.

Background

Born on November 20, 1943, Veronica Hamel is definitely not a new comer to Hollywood. She attended Temple University and soon after was discovered by Eileen Ford, and became a fashion model. This 5'8'' woman is first credited with appearing on Klute in 1971 as a model. Around that time she married her husband Michael Irving, who she would divorce ten years later.

She began to pick up notability and appeared on shows such as The Rockford Files, Hill Street Blues and Starsky and Hutch. In fact, she was offered a role as an orginal angel for Charlie's Angels. She declined and the role went to Jaclyn Smith instead. In 1983 she was featured in Us magazine's best dressed list. By 1985 Veronica had been nominated for five Emmys.

  • Veronica appeared in an episode of "Criminal Minds" along side of fellow LOST cast member M.C. Gainey (Tom Friendly).
