Hi Lewis, thx for the medal. I'm honored!

About the template: I find that lots of images-categories aren't working with it. I see you're adding them anyways, resulting in invalid parameters. That's why I still do a lot of them the oldfashioned way. Any reason why I shouldn't? --Hunter61 08:38, 5 December 2007 (PST)

    • OK, that's good to know. I'll follow that line as well, then. --Hunter61 08:45, 5 December 2007 (PST)

  • Hey. I've looked over the podcast page and as far as I can see the only link that was dead was the orchestra special (i removed the link) as the site it was on no longer seems to be hosting it. However it appears all the other podcasts which are hosted on a different site are still working. Also, maybe i am completely missing what you were asking but both the podcast for TO48D and the Orchestra Special already have transcripts (done by you) and most of the podcasts which have not been transcribed still have working links to listen from. Let me know if I'm missing something here.-Mr.Leaf 13:42, 5 December 2007 (PST)
  • Ah, okay. You can work on the TO48D one and I will see if I can dig up a copy of the Orchestra special for you and let you know. -Mr.Leaf 13:52, 5 December 2007 (PST)

your error

  • Check out your version in the history. You removed the promotional notice, which is the entire point of the template I had used. A broken IMG tag is NOT preferable to a working promo tag. The IMG tag does nothing extra (compared to the stock promo tag and cat; also it was mainly created for convenience for Lost content, and any subsequent extension is not really in line with the original motivation behind that tag), there is no particular reason to use it, if the other equivalents are realized (in other words, a visible copyright notice and all available categories). Also I would suggest using the preview button, as it saves me time not to correct your mistakes, especially ones you message me about. -- Contrib¯ _Santa_ ¯  Talk  14:02, 5 December 2007 (PST)

Yep definitely glad, and glad to be back. I couldn't turn down this gig, Lost Experience is supposed to be one of my specialist subjects. I take it you'll be playing it too? --Nickb123 (Talk) 13:20, 1 January 2008 (PST)

Yeah I'm guessing so due to the big title on the website front page with it appearing. There's been no "real world" mention other than the ABC press release for an alternate name - and the release itself seems in-game anyway. So really, no official production word on it at all. Its all very out of the blue, I thought I would have had some warning of a new experience. --Nickb123 (Talk) 13:25, 1 January 2008 (PST)
Nah I think the Matthew clue comes later --Nickb123 (Talk) 13:46, 1 January 2008 (PST)
No problem. At least you're back on for the ARG. Trying to get the wiki caught up before the new clues tomorrow and then we'll be good. Any help is appreciated. -Mr.Leaf 18:38, 1 January 2008 (PST)
If you go to and click on the main Help link, there's loads of random FAQ stuff, scrolling down there's a section mentioning that the site will be available for eight weeks after the end (which it also states is 2 hours before the premiere on Jan 31st). Am I the only one who reads small print ;-)

Anyway it follows Speaker's video warning. He said "remember to take lots of screencaps". --Nickb123 (Talk) 06:18, 2 January 2008 (PST)

Apparently he's been locked out - he commented in his own comments section. His new base I can't remember the URL something like or something (check his Lostpedia page for a link - its an old site). He's also still got control of his "insidetheexperience" YouTube account. --Nickb123 (Talk) 06:42, 2 January 2008 (PST)
Well to be honest I think firstly we don't need an archive for telephone messages as they will be displayed in the clues and chapter pages as transcript. There is however a need for the letters as we won't necessarily note these down in clues sections. However, I would entitle it Find 815/Sam's correspondence or Sam Thomas correspondence --Nickb123 (Talk) 08:02, 3 January 2008 (PST)
Though actually I wouldn't put it in a / extension at all and actually would hold off with the article as I think its really one of those hindsight type pages but meh --Nickb123 (Talk) 08:07, 3 January 2008 (PST)
K well as its so complicated right now with all these Find 815 pages, I will move it, then when the game finishes we'll make it proper page if that's ok wit you. And the phone one I'm just gonna ditch. Its just right now I'm try to make sense of it with all the "see clues", "see chapters", "see clue summary by month" - its turning into another Hanso Exposed --Nickb123 (Talk) 08:13, 3 January 2008 (PST)
yeah I really agree with that - making the template might be a bitch but its worth it and much simpler --Nickb123 (Talk) 08:16, 3 January 2008 (PST)

Re: Rachel Blake

Hey thanks! I didn't think I would be the first to find it, but apparently I was! I found it on someone's Flickr page, probably DocArzt's. I just hope they'll put it back up on the Find 815 page. --SilvaStorm

bring back the casualties petition

After the events that happend with deleting the 5 casualty articles, me and some other users started a petition for bringing those articles back on Lostpedia. If you share our opinion on this matter, please sign the "Save The Redshirts" section on my user page. If you want you could contact other users about this or create a "Save the redshirts" section on your user page, because the goal is to get as many users to sign the petition as possible along with 6 SysOps (Admins). I would appriciate a quick respond and a sign on either my user page or User:LostCloverfield42's page. --Orhan94

Hey, cheers for the compliment lol. It is something I have been thinking about for a few days now, but its just difficult that we're still in the pre stage and don't even know what this ARG is actually called yet. I have, however, drafted a template just in case at User:Nickb123/sandbox2 to go on top of articles, and I have been thinking we need a clue page, as already the Octagon Global Recruiting page itself is getting bigger and bigger with more email newsletters. I think perhaps we should hold out until July 28th, after Comic Con and this mysterious thing, and then respond with this knowledge in mind. In the meantime though, I'm getting the house in order, and I've nominated some portals concerning Find 815 for rename/delete so we have a clear "how-to" format guide for this new ARG. Furthermore, was it you who discussed merging the Find 815 clues by month pages? Perhaps we need to take a closer look at that, as its still not resolved. --Nickb123 (Talk) 06:57, 22 July 2008 (PDT)

No its cool, we could draft calendars in user sandbox pages, and also hyperlink the dates we know clues have already been released on (July 18th for one), and so then they are there ready like you say for when they're needed. We just need to know this ARG's bloody title lol!!! --Nickb123 (Talk) 07:07, 22 July 2008 (PDT)
Dude, I take it back - we need calendars added to OGR before Comic Con. We can rename them to the proper ARG title later. I have visions of the OGR page getting flooded with fan reports from Comic Con - I think damage control should be to limit this to a "clue" page so the main OGR can be factual. --Nickb123 (Talk) 16:55, 22 July 2008 (PDT)
Done it all, and now I'm gonna crawl into a dark corner and die, I'm so tired. Least its all in place now. --Nickb123 (Talk) 16:10, 24 July 2008 (PDT)
