Hey, what's up with this spammy edit? I was surprised to see it, as we normally see good contributions from you. --Nickb123 (Talk) 12:31, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

Ah that makes more sense, apologies. I'm not sure about that question and whether it is too speculative or not... it's borderline for me. If you want to re-add it, I won't stop ya. Cheers, --Nickb123 (Talk) 12:51, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

"We need a pic"

On it. BTW, please sign your talk page messages--even the short ones like this. Cheers, Robert K S (talk) 23:27, 27 February 2009 (UTC)

Nurse Lazenby

I think you were a little confused about when we learned which name. It is correct as reverted. "Susie" was not uttered until the most recent episode. Robert K S (talk) 22:56, 1 March 2009 (UTC)

Denny Bourdo

I noticed you added the Category:Guest stars to this page. I didn't do so myself because I don't think this is an appropriate categorization. He has no lines and cannot be called a star. Is there a category for extras?  Robert K S   tell me  20:28, 3 April 2009 (UTC)

Nice catch on the light bulb thing. It's been almost two weeks (two weeks?) and on one else noticed.--Jim in Georgia Contribs Talk 14:03, 27 May 2009 (UTC)

New Spoiler Policy

I have created a new spolier/promotional material policy that I feel correctly addreses the issues at hand: titles, ignored discussions, and the fact that our motivation is contradictory to our policy. The policy is in two parts. The first part deals with spoilers and can be found here. The second part deals with promotional material and may be found here. I would like you to weigh in so improvements may be made before I submit it to be an official policy. Thanks! cgmv123TalkContribsE-mail 13:30, 25 July 2009 (UTC)

Reply I saw your message, but what do you mean? You disagreed but you said you weren't against spoilers. Do you mean DarkUFO Spoilers, or officially released promotional material "spoilers". Help me here so I can make the policy better. cgmv123TalkContribsE-mail 13:19, 26 July 2009 (UTC)

unofficial podcast page edit?

Hi. Can you tell me why you deleted the ReThinking Lost entry on the unofficial podcast page? We've been "on air" for six months now, and produced more than 18 episodes with steady regularity (every 7-10 days). We average more than 1200 listens per show, and there was nothing spammy or inappropriate about the addition.

The formatting and content were carefully constructed to be neutral and consistent with the other entries.

You refer to it as "self promotion" but the page history shows many of the other show producers have edited the entries about their shows. --ReThinking Lost 12:06, November 25, 2009 (UTC)

  • I'm not really clear on what you are referring to when you say "It was the use of category that pissed [you] off" in your reply. None the less, thank you for undoing your edit. --ReThinking Lost 13:06, November 25, 2009 (UTC)

Color for episodes ranking

Hello there, Lost-hunter61. How is it going with you? I want to rank my episodes, but I want to use colors for that, I don't want to use the same colors as the guy who's ranking to episodes. Check at home and you see what I mean. Dutch user, greeting from The Netherlands.--Station7 19:28, January 2, 2010 (UTC)

Hello here I am again. User Jacobiswrong edited Jacobislight42's user page, so I deleted it. Maybe some prostecting for his user page? This is his second time.--Station7 17:51, January 10, 2010 (UTC)

Edit question

Hello Hunter61. I added the "Possible Anti-Christ Theory" article to which you responded that I should "delete" because "this ain't blogspace." This being my first entry, I am confused by your wanting to delete this. I listed it under theories, so I am not sure why you think it should be deleted. Any additional commentary would be appreciated! Thank you and God bless you! --Aimieboo 14:14, January 27, 2010 (UTC)Aimieboo

Thank you!

Thanks so much for your help and for understanding my "rookie" status! --Aimieboo 14:59, January 27, 2010 (UTC)Aimieboo

Jacob article and gibberish

You thought that Lana hibner had gibberish before, you should see the drivel she's posted now. I'm a rookie with 600 or so edits but I have the sense not to post something totally irrelevant to the article just to see myself in print. Good luck- MRMIKE T  C  E  20:03, January 31, 2010 (UTC)

  • Reply I don't pretend to know it all, but perhaps a little one on one with this Newbie editor may help. I don't want to see anyone chased away that might become a very good editor in the future with some guidance. I was lucky I had Orhan94 give me alot of advice.- MRMIKE T  C  E  20:10, January 31, 2010 (UTC)
    • Reply I left a message on Lana hibner Talk page that I think was a nice way of saying she could use some help, let's see and maybe she will undo that crazy edit.- MRMIKE T  C  E  20:26, January 31, 2010 (UTC)
      • Reply I've read over all 6 or so edits from this person and they are all rifted out with biblical references and generally have no relevance to the article. I hate to sound mean and undo (en masse) someone's edits, but her edits are a waste of space. What's your opinion?- MRMIKE T  C  E  22:34, January 31, 2010 (UTC)

Look, Webster--apophenia my four-toed hind foot! Cue music: 'Cuz we'll have sun, Sun, Son till Lost Hunter blips our posting away.... Daughter? Whoa, Dude, thanks! Name change Rivers article

I agree with your edit and I think a name change would be more accurate, please read my comment on the talk page and give me your opinion.- MRMIKE T  C  E  15:16, February 7, 2010 (UTC)

Hello, I think I am in the same boat as Aimieboo above re: not knowing where to put my entries as I am new to this. I meant to add it as a theory but created a new category by mistake. It is I believe a valid theory about Jacob's role but I agree with what people are saying about the Theories/Lax 1and 2 pages in that they are a mess. Besides, with each additional episode it seems irrelevant to add to the theory paqes of previous episodes. I really just want to discuss with people but don't know how to do it properly. Thanks for any help. Destinedjourney 17:55, February 14, 2010 (UTC)

Okay, I'm really sorry I messed up your page too. I was responding to your comment that my entry on "Jacob is the father" should be deleted. I didn't realize that my edit would enter within the previous user's edit. If you can tell me where I should put my comments and the Jacob discussion I will try my best. So sorry.Destinedjourney

Your editcount

You're mostly on the 10.000 edits. That's good for a Dutch guy. ;) --Station7 22:09, February 17, 2010 (UTC)

"Hotel and catering people" category

Don't you think that it would be better if we had "Hoteliers, bartenders and waiters" as one category and "Food services" as another. The latter could include food business owners (Neil "Frogurt"), chefs (Sayid Jarrah), food stand owners (Frank Duckett) and fast food business owners/employees (Claire Littleton, Hugo "Hurley" Reyes, Johnny, Randy Nations etc.). --Orhan94 09:20, February 20, 2010 (UTC)

Amazing Manilla Folder decipherment

I examined it frame by frame and gave up at "TV". Not knowing any Arabic limited my choices a bit - but still that's stunning. still looks like you've been doing this a bit! --Charles Kane 11:11, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

Hi, there. Without explanation, you seem to have reverted most of my edits related to candidates from yesterday. (You missed one of the delinking edits on the Candidate Navigation template, if you want to fix that.) I appreciate your enthusiasm, but if you're unaware, there's a discussion ongoing at Talk:Candidates relating to the state of individual candidate pages. Since you seem to be part of the Candidate Crew (Jacob's bodyguards?), perhaps you should voice your opinion over there so that we can talk this out. Yours truly,  CapitalQ | talk | contrib   19:40, March 5, 2010 (UTC).

Don't redirect, wait for a move

Don't redirect articles that are nominated for a move, because leaving the old article as a redirect leaves the revision history of that article on the redirect page. --Orhan94 10:45, March 17, 2010 (UTC)

RE: Please don't

I'm not doing it only for creating articles, but I was listening the music while creating the article. OK, I will stop.--Station7 12:59, March 20, 2010 (UTC)

I meant to finish them all. I'm searching for adequate pics and all I need is the short description. Sorry I didn't know he/she got irritated by other people creating articles about the orchestral pieces. --Orhan94 17:37, March 20, 2010 (UTC)

Hi, there is some discussion over at Talk:Burditt (The Last Recruit) which I think should have your attention, since you initiated that article. The content of the article conflicts with what Jorge Garcia talks about in the Geronimo Jack's Beard podcast. In the podcast, Jorge says that Burditt is an Other who wears tennis shoes, whereas in your article, you have Burditt as a member of Widmore's team. Please look into this and check the reasons for creating the article as you did, and see if it would be appropriate to merge your content with that of Mike (Widmore Corporation).  Robert K S   tell me  16:58, May 2, 2010 (UTC)

Hi, most of those former "X" pages that are now redirects that you have flagged for deletes have an edit history. Keeping them as redirects preservers the edit history for historical purposes; deleting them does not.--Jim in Georgia Contribs Talk 01:00, June 15, 2010 (UTC)
