Posting a link is not archiving. You must actually move all the content to that page. Sorry if I was a little vague, it was a quick comment. Anyway I have moved all the content to the archive page, so that is taken care of.

I would also like to add that I hope you hold no hard feeling against any of the users here or Lostpedia itself. The confusion yesterday seemed to arise from the fact that you were unaware we do not move talk page content. No matter if a new article is formed or whatever. When a large chunk of text such as that you were trying to move, we have no record as to who put what on the page, as the history is kept on the page you were moving it from. This is why we prefer talk page content remains where it is. You may however post a link from the talk page on the sonic barrier article to previous discussions (those you were trying to move) on the barracks page. I hope you understand the confusion and will continue editing here on Lostpedia. -Mr.Leaf 10:26, 8 April 2007 (PDT)

  • The template I use on my userpage is the same as the one used on the main page which we just recently implemented. -Mr.Leaf 11:50, 11 July 2007 (PDT)

{{header|COLOUR|title=TITLE |image=IMAGE |content=CONTENT |footer =FOOTER }}

to add the template to your page. Just fill in the info you want and your set. -Mr.Leaf 16:11, 11 July 2007 (PDT)

  • It was getting no activity on the wiki with regards to fixing the episode articles which was the original purpose, and the forums were getting very poor results as well. So we stopped on the forum and are implementing a new idea there hopefully soon so there was no need to continue on the wiki. We don't have the man power in the summer to keep all the activities going on and updated. Basically lack of interest. -Mr.Leaf 19:08, 2 August 2007 (PDT)

Revert options

Hello, Connor401. Not my bussiness, I know, but anyway... About your question to Marik7772003, yes, an additional option for reverting is available to sysops. There are three possible ways to revert: the good old "manual" revert, the "undo" button, and the "revert" button (or rollback). The first two options are available to all users, whereas the rollback is an additional option available to sysops. The message in the summary box can be customized in all cases, but the default message in the case of the rollback option is different from the default message in the case of the undo option. -- Cheers (talk) 18:34, 3 August 2007 (PDT)

Claire Unanswered Questions

Hey, yes while i think they are relevent questions, they are hardly "unanswered questionas", my point was that if we kept questions like that, then we could have questions for everything! Like, when will claire dye her hair next on island. Will claire go down to the looking glass to pay respects to charlie? when will she next feed aaron? But if you feel your deletions are correct, (which im sure the majority will if you do), then I will respect your decision --Lewis-Talk-Contribs 04:09, 4 September 2007 (PDT)

Removing Talk Page Content

  • Please do not remove talk page content. No matter what it says unless it is blatant spam or advertising or breaks our rules. Users are allowed to post their opinions on a talk page if they'd like. You may respond to those opinions and suggest it be put on a theory page, but never remove content from a talk page. Thanks -Mr.Leaf 16:59, 9 September 2007 (PDT)

Thanks I got it --Nickb123 (Talk) 04:03, 12 September 2007 (PDT)

  • Archiving is no problem. It's just we prefer that the talk page not be separated into numerous sections when archiving. It makes it harder to find the necesary info if each section is archived individually. I realize the section of the main article has been moved but we'd prefer if you left it all together until the whole page is archived, which a sysop or user can do when the page becomes too big. Basically its just you are only archiving one section which separates the info and adds to the confusion, if you get what I mean. It's fine when an article is merged with another as with Otherville article however when two articles are split it doesn't work as well. Sorry I am terrible at explaining but I hope that makes sense. -Mr.Leaf 14:10, 14 September 2007 (PDT)

  • Thanks for finding the source for the Mokuleia Beach article. Remember that the citations belong in the actual article body itself, rather than the edit comments, so please don't just remove the 'source-needed' templates without also adding the source into the actual article. I added your source for this article, so you don't have to worry about it. Cheers! -- Contrib¯ _Santa_ ¯  Talk  04:18, 20 September 2007 (PDT)
