Was the FST, all for Jack to move on, or for all the Losties?

I have been reading some comments here and some people think the FST and all the Losties meeting in the church, were there to help Jack move on only. I do not see how this could be when Christian said they ALL created this place in order to be together again. Do you think the Losties, excluding Jack, had already moved on to the "Light" place and come back for Jack? Or do you think they all met at the church in order to go to the "Light" together and helped Jack along because he was the last to "remember"? I personally think it is the second one because of what Christian said and it wouldn't really make much sense for them to go back and forth between the "LIght".
