Locke and Radzinsky???

Am I the only one, who noticed that Gellert, the chemistry teacher from Locke's Cabin Fever flashback has a striking resemblance to Radzinsky? Even their age seem to fit...is it some kind of a character secret, or just a typical example of apophenia/delusion ? What do you think?
