About me

I love Lost, video production, music production, photography, and design. My forte is post-production, I have edited for several major networks. My Lost History: Up until September 2009, I had never seen Lost. I had heard great things about it, but I was told that to fully understand and appreciate it I had to watch from the very beginning, so I didnt try jumping in on the 2nd season. That was the best advice I have ever taken. I dont think anyone should watch Lost any other way besides from the beginning in order. At the end of September 2009, I watched the Pilot on a Saturday night, by Monday morning I was done with the 1st season. 2 weeks later I was all the way to the end of the Season 5. A few weeks later I started back from the beginning with a good friend that had never seen it. A month later I was all the way to the end of the 5th season for the 2nd time. And in the middle of December, I started over yet again with another friend. It's kinda like Christmas for parents. They do all this stuff so they can live the moment through their children. Seeing my friends reactions to the numerous plot twists made it all worth it. So I've seen every episode at least 3 times at this point, and some of the classics 4-6 times. I'm not ready for it to end, but at the same time I know it has to.

I have a great understanding of the show since i saw it in such a compressed manner, and because I saw it through 3 times. Each time I picked up on small things I never noticed before. The only thing about watching it in a few weeks is that you dont get as emotionally attached to characters. When Charlie died I had only been watching the show for a week, im sure it would have been much more emotional for me if I had been watching him for 3 years. Same with them leaving the island, for me it was like "you just got there." But still, it is an amazing show, and it has changed my life to an extent.
