Lostpedia: How did you become a background cast member on the show?

I heard about the "Lost" pilot through the grapevine and contacted the Background Casting Director Julie Carlson who hired me.

Lostpedia: What is one interesting story that happened on set?

When the plane's wing fell to the beach was very dramatic. Also, the Set Director showed the Background Actors one day a series of pictures of real plane crashes. He was using them to make the "Lost" set as real as possible.

Lostpedia: What was it like to work with the Lost cast and crew?

The location on the beach was fantastic. The rest of the Background were mostly easy to get along with. It's a small Acting community so most of us know each other. Some of the PA's were a little difficult at times, but they are under a lot of stress, so understandable. The Los Angeles crew tended to be stand-offish but a few were friendly.

Lostpedia: Do you watch Lost? If so, do you consider yourself a casual viewer or a die-hard fan? Do you have any favorite characters?

Casual viewer. Don't have much time to sit and watch TV. No particular favorite character.

Lostpedia: What acting have you done since leaving Lost? Do you have anything planned for the future?

Plenty. See my Resume at www.pauledney.com
