- Keep: I don't know why the history has vanished, but this page is old. I remember it being delete nominated in the past and the outcome was keep. We liked its obscuity (sp?!) and also that it is in a way quite flair-ish and still a mystery - looked like a kid's shoe, but we don't know who's. It was specifically mentioned in the script for some meaning, whether its cinematic/metaphorical...we don't know. - Disagree:The meaning is they are all important things in the show. We are Lostpedia, not Wikipedia, our sole focus is Lost. If you disagree with the way we structure our wiki then sorry, but unfortunately that isn't going to change as it is the decisions of hundreds of wiki users. I would consider merging this article if it was to be merged with a reasonable article. Although the Christian Shephard article has no room for a small tidbit like this, it would be lost forever. I'll try to find in which one was that, but i'm not sure if i can really find it. - Pretty sure, actually. It sounds like this was just going to be a throwaway white tennis shoe hanging in a tree, but since that time the producers have sort of ret-conned it into being a Christian Shephard reference. Although, here's a mystery for you. If this is Christian's tennis shoe, why is he wearing BOTH shoes mere moments before Jack wakes up in the jungle and starts running around, when he's talking to Vincent? Raven Paradox
Why is the Raven Paradox information on there? That supposed paradox has nothing to do with white tennis shoes. It's about black ravens. The use of a white tennis shoe as an example of a non-white non-raven, which confirms that all ravens are black, is not important. And if it were, what would be the significance in relation to Lost?
