I searched throughout the episode on DVD, and I did not see this character, unless he did not have a speaking part. If someone happens to come across him while watching the episode, please add more to the article. I created this page on minimal information. I only know he exists in some form because he is in the credits. If I can't find more information, it is likely this will be deleted, so someone with sharper eyes or a better memory needs to help me out..--LOCI!

Thanks Nick! As I typed the above statement, you added more to the article. Thank you!--LOCI!

I have had a hunt for this waiter too. He must be in the restuarant scene where Helen gives Locke the key to her flat. However, there are several waiters in the background so he could be any one of about three. None of them interact with our main characters so there no real way of telling which one this credit refers to. This article ([1]) references the marriage of the guy who presumably plays him. Couldn't find any pics of the actor either though.--TechNic|talk|conts 19:50, 3 May 2007 (PDT)

I also hunted for this character and very quickly found the right scene but even though the are lots of waiters in this scene i thought the person i screen shotted was the right one as he is the one serving food and talking to the other costumers in the scene when the other waiters where walking around. Hopefully this is the right waiter but i couldn't find a better picture of him; so this one is very blury and dark. --Pacific Gilly 1992 08:49, 28 April 2008 (PDT)

OK. Well seeing as it's purely a guess, I've edited the page accordingly.--TechNic|talk|conts 09:09, 28 April 2008 (PDT)
  • This case is just like Dominique - according to various union agreements, principal (speaking) actors in deleted scenes are required to be credited. -- Contrib¯ _Santa_ ¯  Talk  22:21, 26 December 2008 (UTC)
