What is the point of having an own article of what killed The DHARMA initiative people. --Wilbraham Williams 09:39, 26 May 2007 (PDT)

  • Dont Merge: There is more than enough content in the article to justify it. The nature of the gas and who brought it to the Island has yet to be revealed leading to possibly more content Dharmatel4 22:36, 29 May 2007 (PDT)
  • Merge with Weapons --Kemot from Poland 05:35, 31 May 2007 (PDT)
  • Agree. Weapons is probably the best category    Lash  talk  contribs

  • Merge With the purge article. There seems little point to having the article stand alone at this point, unless we get more info on what the gas actually is, what it does and where it comes from, there is nothing to say about the gas that is more than summation right now --Hotgirl 17:13, 28 July 2007 (PDT)

DON'T MERGE The gas is used more than in just the Purge and deserves its own article

  • DON'T MERGE I agree with the above comment too, there is more to this gas than just a weapon from the others.--Nzoomed 03:55, 5 June 2008 (PDT)
  • Speculation about what text is on grenade

As a veteran, I know most text on dangerous objects is for idiots. I'll bet just about anything that the text along the top of the grenade says "Pull pin to discharge gas", and that the vertical text says something along the lines of "DANGER POISON" (large text) and "Contents fatal if exposed" (small text). Just a thought.Kris 21:37, 6 March 2008 (PST)

Why didnt the gas kill anything else on the island?[]

When Ben released the toxic gas on the island during the purge, would it not have killed any mammals on the island also, like birds, polar bears and the wild animals? did they throw canisters in the barracks and the stations, that only worked locally? if so how did they know they actually got all DHARMA members on the island? there could have been DHARMA members all around the island that never got the toxic gas.--Nzoomed 15:39, 25 May 2008 (PDT)
