Deleted scene[]

Isn't this a deleted scene? - Smullie

I think it is. There were promo stills that showed the two of them in the kitchen. -- Graft   talk   contributions  04:39, 21 January 2008 (PST)
I found the promo still from "A Tale of Two Cities" and added the trivia of it being a deleted scene. It certainly looks like it. If anybody can get confirmation, that would be great. -- Graft   talk   contributions  04:53, 21 January 2008 (PST)
  • I was just about to post saying this exact thing; my reasoning is that I doubt that they got in JJ Abrams in especially to write a mobisode.--  Lost Soul   talk  contribs  06:10, 21 January 2008 (PST)
  • See my trivia for the X-ray! I think that is about the same thing! --DJVok 06:33, 21 January 2008 (PST)
  • Maybe becuase of the strike, they didn't get the lsat mobisode or two written. --Gluphokquen Gunih 06:42, 21 January 2008 (PST)
    • Actually strike that, I think it's more likely that they decided this was important information and had to cut it from an ep do to time. However something about this scene was important enough to warrent it being taken out of the scrap pile and placed into canon. --Gluphokquen Gunih 11:31, 21 January 2008 (PST)
  • Must be a deleted scene.. Has the really over the top music score that plagued season 3.. --Lewis-Talk-Contribs 13:34, 21 January 2008 (PST)
      • Listen to the DVD audio commentary for the opening scene of "A Tale of Two Cities". Lindelof and Mitchell discuss a deleted scene that features Juliet and Amelia.--Nevermore 16:07, 21 January 2008 (PST)
Why wasn't it on the DVD? Probably just left it out, but I wonder if there are other deleted scenes out there, unrealed. Probably so. --Sam McPherson 12:29, 25 January 2008 (PST)

The envelope[]

  • This is almost certainly the envelope, delivered in "One of Us", that contains Ben's X-rays. In that episode, we see Julia with an identical envelope confronting Ben the day before the crash. This also sheds much light on her actions in "A Tale of Two Cities" and "One of Us". --Pedxing 06:52, 21 January 2008 (PST)
  • It may have been shot at the same time as "A Tale of Two Cities" but it seems more likely that it was a deleted scene meant for "One of Us". Dharmatel4 07:16, 21 January 2008 (PST)
  • Most likely it was intended for [[ep}3x01}} as the writing credits are identical (story by Damon, teleplay by Damon and JJ). No other ep has writing credits that match that. --Gluphokquen Gunih 11:31, 21 January 2008 (PST)
  • The envelope actually contains the MacBook Air, as seen on multiple Apple TV spots.
