Thanks Kaini for tidying up the theories. :) -- Nusentinsaino 10:51, 9 May 2006 (EST)

no probs mate :)
i have no doubt that more stuff concerning this will surface in the coming weeks. it would be nice if everyone could keep this page spoiler free... yeah, i know it's sort of a big spoiler in itself, but it's out there now, and anyway it's pretty nonspecific compared to some stuff that people have stuck in the wiki --kaini 20:00, 9 May 2006 (PDT)

Yes, i know it's a huge spoiler... Should we use the inviso-text for the entire article? It could make it look ugly... --    Nusentinsaino     talk    contribs    email   02:14, 10 May 2006 (EST)

That would look horrible, agreed. The spoiler template helps; if you wanted to be more extreme, you could use that forum favourite, a page of blank text. Moot point really, because the episode's airdate is so close now. --kaini 19:54, 15 May 2006 (PDT)

Agreed.     Nusentinsaino     talk    contribs    email   22:56, 15 May 2006 (EST)

Formatting

I reformatted the pictures that someone reverted. I think it looks better like this (left and right) considering the amount of text we have. Otherwise, we have a line of pictures on the right with no text next to it. -- LOSTonthisdarnisland 06:10, 19 May 2006 (PDT)

Why does the formatting keep getting reverted or changed to a pig's breakfast of images all over the screen with split text sections and big blank spaces. Please leave a formatting that looks attractive! -- LOSTonthisdarnisland 09:06, 19 May 2006 (PDT)

Structures

I don't see two kinds of structures/dwellings - only the yurts. I commented in the talk page for Three Minutes that the frame for the yurts is of high quality and doesn't match the primitive look of the canvas covering. This is further evidence that the Others are only pretending to be living so primitively. --Mramsey 10:14, 19 May 2006 (PDT)

I also only see one kind of structure - the yurts. The frames of the yurts look sturdily made, but not exceptionally so. Having built one in the past, I can say for a fact that they're reasonably easy to make given a pile of lath strips, some leather strips, and a hand drill. They are amazingly strong structures - there's no center pole, but you can stand on top of one. --Doc 10:19, 19 May 2006 (PDT)

Photos such as this show some nice shiny hardware. The lathe sticks look nicely finished and the rafters are fresh lumber. Maybe they antiqued things before filming - I wasn't watching close enough during the show. --Mramsey 10:28, 19 May 2006 (PDT)

Are we analysing this too closely? Perhaps the structures inside (including the hardware) was not meant to be seen in the show. LOSTonthisdarnisland 10:40, 19 May 2006 (PDT)

Possibly. Anyone remember details from inside the yurt during the scene with Ms. Klugh, Michael and Walt? Certainly could have been shot in a set somewhere else. --Mramsey 11:02, 19 May 2006 (PDT)
