Talk:System Failure

I don't think this needs to be merged with the Incident. It's possible that "the Incident" is one occasion on which a system failure occurred, but we also know that at least two other system failures have occurred. In other words, the Incident may or may not have been a system failure, but not all system failures are the Incident. Picayune76 21:51, 24 May 2006 (PDT)

Theories of the Incindent

I just wanted to say that it is not a theory that Incident is responsible for the Button protocol. Marvin Candle clearly states in the Swan Orientation video that the Incident is the reason for the button.

Rename

Earthquake

In "A Tale of Two Cities", there was an earthquake in the Barracks when Desmond failed to push the button. But in "Live Together, Die Alone" although there was a stronger system failure, there was no earthquake. What do you think of it? --Kemot from Poland 02:21, 27 March 2007 (PDT)
