Merge[]
Why merge? But ok..I guess--Mistertrouble189 13:47, 2 October 2008 (PDT)
- Does she have a speaking line? -- Sam McPherson T C E 15:16, 2 October 2008 (PDT)
- Not sure. Maybe Orhan knows since he suggested the merge. But I'll watch the episode and find out.--Mistertrouble189 15:42, 2 October 2008 (PDT)
I really didn't even knew she had an article here, I found it when I was looking through some really old disscusions about changing naming policy or something simular, and whem I saw she wasn't named nor had an identified actor I proposed to me merged with the other Oceanic Ticket Agent. But on second thoat, a delete would be better.--Orhan94 11:15, 6 October 2008 (PDT)
She may have a nametag, but in her current picture, her hand's in the way. But I'll watch the episode shortly and look for a name or crediting.--Mistertrouble189 12:57, 6 October 2008 (PDT)
- Hadn't gotten the chance to, my computer's a little slow atm. Someone should go see.--Mistertrouble189 15:01, 6 October 2008 (PDT)
- ok I watched it, the lady had a minor speaking role and should be credited? And anyone who is able to get screen caps should take a pic of her and zoom zoom zoom in on her nametag.--Mistertrouble189 21:11, 8 October 2008 (PDT)
- Do not merge - This character and the other Oceanic Ticket Agent are not the same character. Different actresses portray them and they each work at different ticket counters within the Sydney airport. Merging the two articles therefore doesnt make much sense.-- slugless talk 16:24, 2 January 2009 (UTC)
- Actually it does make sence, it's done for articles such as Ian and Pam, Steve and Kristen, Mr. and Mrs. Tron, Poor man and son etc. --Orhan94 12:57, 5 May 2009 (UTC)
Rename[]
This article should be renamed Oceanic Ticket Agent (?), to be consistent with the way articles for other minor characters with identical names, like the nurses, are named. Oceanic Ticket Agent and Oceanic Ticket Agent No. 2 should be renamed to include the episode in which they appeared as part of the article names.-- slugless talk 16:24, 2 January 2009 (UTC)
- It doesn't need to be renamed because there are no name conflicts. The only pages that need an episode in ( ) are pages that have conflicting names. For example, Rachel (Raised by Another) would just be Rachel, except there are other "Rachels", so there is a disambiguation page. Another example is Opal. She isn't Opal (The Man Behind The Curtain) or Opal (DHARMA Initiative) because there are no other "Opals" in Lost the conflict with her name. -- CTS Talk Contribs 18:21, 2 January 2009 (UTC)
- I do not agree with your assessment; there is only one Opal, but there are two Oceanic Ticket Agents. If there is no name conflict, then why does this character have "No. 2" appended to the end of the title of her article? Surely we dont believe that was her character's name or what she should should be credited as. There was already an Oceanic Ticket Agent from a Season 1 episode, so whoever created this article just appended "No. 2" to the title.-- slugless talk 21:56, 2 January 2009 (UTC)
- She has No. 2 in the title because that's how it's listed in the credits. -- CTS Talk Contribs 21:59, 2 January 2009 (UTC)
- Based on the merge discussion above, my understanding was that she was not credited. I could not find an ABC Medianet press release archived for "?" on LP. Also, there is no mention of her on the IMDB page ([1]) for that episode. Is there another source of this information I am not aware of?-- slugless talk 22:19, 2 January 2009 (UTC)
Is she credited?--Mistertrouble189 03:27, 6 January 2009 (UTC)
