Missing part = Dharma relationship[]

"Because many minor important characters miss parts of their bodies and are theoretically connected to Dharma"

I think Hibbs is the real Sawyer. It's a good match. SilvaStorm

Care to give us a few examples to back that up ? Xibe 06:41, 28 April 2006 (PDT)

This guy could be of more importance to the show. He's quite a big actor for a simple one-episode cameo? --Nickb123 04:06, 16 June 2006 (PDT)

His finger IS missing. From "Outlaws" transcript:

Sawyer shakes his head, walks over to the table, sits down.
Hibbs opens the MINIBAR. As he pours himself a drink, we
notice Hibbs is missing his LEFT RING-FINGER just above the
first knuckle (why? That's another episode, my friends...)

Only problem though is that I used that transcript for the Tampa Job page and, although it was really useful, I'm not like 100% sure that its an official script, though I am pretty sure --Nickb123 (Talk) 13:07, 8 July 2006 (PDT)
  • I'm fairly certain that Hibbs is just holding the glass in a strange manner, since the rest of that finger can be seen under his palm in the HD screenies like this one. I realise they aren't going to chop off the actor's finger (and it would just grow right back anyway, right? LOL), but they could have removed it in Post if that's what they intended. Since we see it, I'm thinking the hand position is nothing more than the similarity to when people drink tea and point their small finger straight instead of curved around the cup or handle. ---- LOSTonthisdarnisland 08:42, 17 March 2009 (UTC)
