Move over all date/location info to this page?[]

Apollocandy.com is getting kind of long. Can we move all the giveaway info here, including the lists of dates/locations? Then we just write "See main article" and link this page, have it all together. --PandoraX 14:17, 26 August 2006 (PDT)

Rename[]

Due to the website being changed into a pornography site, I suggest that this article's name should be changed. I recommend it being Apollo Candy Distrubution Events. -- #1LostFan  talk  contribs  Lost Wiki  14:52, 31 December 2007 (PST)

  • Agree: I think the new name idea sounds better. However, I think its fine to still use Apollocandy.com in prose at points, as long as it isn't hyperlinked. It says at the top of the respective articles on Apollo Candy Company and Apollo bars about the whole "now an adult website" thing. That should be enough. Also you don't need to bold it and put in big letters that its nudity and porn. We're not here to try to hide people from the big bad world, just a line saying its no longer affiliated and its now an adult website is fine. --Nickb123 (Talk) 09:33, 3 January 2008 (PST)
  • Agree: I agree with Nick. We are not here to be big brother, we are here to gather information about Lost, about we cannot hide the fact the site was apollocandy.com. It is our job to document the fact. Plus my original reasoning remains sound, we do not hyperlink to the website, therefore cannot be held responsible. We also have warnings on all the pages and the website in question has a large front page warning where no porn can be seen. Meaning if you type the apollo candy site into your address bar you are NOT going to see any porn. You have to read the warning that their is porn and click a button. If that isn't enough protection for anyone then well....I say we change back the reference to apollocandy.com. This page does not reflect current events, it should not be changed based on current events unrelated to it's content. Readers should know where the clues were discovered instead of just...The Apollo Candy Website. -Mr.Leaf 16:06, 6 January 2008 (PST)
