General Banter[]

Here's hoping they release a Henry Gale action figure with a "Kung-Fu Action" smirk, and a talking Sawyer figure that randomly spouts off Hurley insults when you pull his string... and the Eko figure must come with his Jesus Stick.--Isotope23 06:17, 24 May 2006 (PDT)

it'd be sweet if michael, libby, and ana-lucia all came in the same box with a set of the hatch, then you could reenact the scene where they die. Kman       talk contribs
It would probably "sweet" if one was into action figures. --skks 06:35, 24 May 2006 (PDT)
Well I'll be buying some, if only to sit on my window sill at work looking mean! --Plkrtn 07:09, 24 May 2006 (PDT)
Ha, yes... they absolutely must release a "Swan Station Hatch Adventure Action Set" where you have to push a button every 108 minutes (2 AA-batteries not included!). Plus, there is another button you can push to hear a single off Geronimo Jackson's album Magna Carta. Also a working electromagnet... and a little hatch that leads down to a trash compactor full of foam blocks and a rubber monster! Sorry... got carried away there.--Isotope23 10:18, 24 May 2006 (PDT)
"I don't care what it smells like, get in there!"" GateKeeper 10:56, 24 May 2006 (PDT)
I still have the hatch and the rubber monster! The foam blocks are probably eaten by mice though :D --Jackdavinci 09:15, 9 November 2006 (PST)

I'm assuming that Jack will come with a lack of morals with female patients... Kate will come complete with dad killing utensils. Michael will come with a whiney bitch about my son button. Hurley with a tree filled with DHARMA food. Ana-Lucia will come with free attitude. I want a Christian Shepard doll, complete with coffin. --Plkrtn 07:09, 24 May 2006 (PDT)

I'd be really disappointed if Hurley doesn't ship with a jar of DHARMA ranch.--Isotope23 10:21, 24 May 2006 (PDT)
Ana-Lucia comes with a six pack... GateKeeper 07:21, 24 May 2006 (PDT)

I wonder will the Shannon figure be full of lead? --kaini. 09:16, 24 May 2006 (PDT)

I think the Shannon figure is hot. Does that make me wierd? Timpharrison 05:41, 2 November 2006 (PST)

More like Inaction Figures. Much like most McFarlane productions, they look great as long as you never change the original position. Should call them statues, not Action Figures. Or dolls. --I'd like to stay incognito for this post 13:35, 24 May 2006 (PDT)

Iron Chef: Do you think Micheal will have a string that says: "W-A-L-T!!!!!!" when you pull it?

-For the first series, 4 of the 6 'props' are just pieces of paper. i would have thought there could be better ones (hurley-dharma food, jack-medicine, lock-knife, etc)

When i got the series 1 figurines i was dissapointed... None of them actually fit. Series 2 was a lot better. Mia 20:27, 4 September 2008 (PDT)

Release Date[]

When is the official release date for series 1? Toys R Us says it is 11/15/06; other sites won't have it in till after Christmas. McFarlane Toys will update it's site on 11/10 with new pics. So is the 11/15 street date correct? --Incognito 14:00, 9 November 2006 (PST)

Why are these called action figures, anyway?[]

I'm not going to argue renaming the article, as it appears McFarlane actually calls them that... but why? Aren't they more properly called figurines, since they aren't jointed, are ceramic, and don't move from their rigid base? --PandoraX 21:57, 1 September 2006 (PDT)

  • I'm a little late to the game, but I support this question. As a toy collector myself, I find it a little odd that these things are called "action figures" despite being unable to, well, be used for any kind of "action". I assume that's a consequence of the "articulation is for kiddie toys" attitude of the maaaaature McFarlane collectors?--Nevermore 13:09, 10 November 2008 (PST)

Series Two?[]

Where was it announced that those particular characters are going to be in the second batch of figures? A link to that source in the article would be nice.Wstonefi

This isn't an offical press release, but Forbidden Planet has always been a quite good source for merchandise info. LJB4815162342 12:12, 1 November 2006 (PST)

Okay, found an official source! LJB4815162342 12:18, 1 November 2006 (PST)

Props?[]

Can anyone post pictures of the props? In addition to them being interesting, some of the props sound like they might have information (Shannon's map, Locke's brochure). --Jackdavinci 09:15, 9 November 2006 (PST)

Arzt[]

Is this an official action figurine? It's ugly and makes me sad. --Princess Dharma (banned) 05:35, 17 February 2007 (PST)

Its not offical, but this article isn't about official action figures, just ones manufactured by a company and has something to do with Lost --Mr. Crabby (Talk) 15:15, 17 February 2007 (PST)

I know I just wanted confirmation against the horrendous thing. --Princess Dharma (banned) 17:11, 17 February 2007 (PST)

Series 3[]

I was wondering if there has been any update on Series 3? There still are no pics of the figures and we had Series 2 pics months in advance.--marcbjr2 11:07, 7 November 2007 (PST)

Future characters[]

It mentions that planned characters are Walt, Michael, Libby, Boone..

Where did this information come from?

I just want to hear that it's the truth, and not speculation, as the idea of Libby as an action figure makes me happy. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Gothicfrog (talkcontribs), 21:34, 20 February 2007 (UTC).

The official website for the action figures. A Libby figure makes me happy too as does the Vincent one. ^_^ --Princess Dharma (banned) 13:36, 20 February 2007 (PST)

Huzzah, found the article where it talks about it. Added a link next to it. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Gothicfrog (talkcontribs), 18:32, 24 February 2007 (UTC).
