Sayid Hassan Jarrah (Arabic:سعيد جراح) is a middle section passenger of Oceanic Flight 815.

Before the flight

Sayid was born in Iraq, the second son to the Jarrah household. According to the customs declaration form he completes aboard Flight 815, he was born April 25, 1972.[1] He was raised in Tikrit.

Because these events predate the Incident in July 1977, they are assumed to have occurred in the alternate timeline as well.

Later in his life, he moved to Iran, where he was possibly able to get citizenship. ("LA X, Part 1")

Flight 815

Aboard the flight, Sayid kicks in a lavatory door to assist Jack Shephard in the discovery and later resuscitation of Charlie Pace.

After the flight

Sayid encounters Leslie Arzt at the baggage carousel, while looking at a picture of Noor "Nadia" Abed Jazeem in his passport.
