RuckusGuy is a character who inserted an encrypted message in an email from Octagon Global Recruiting. He states he will be at Comic-Con 2008 to investigate the DHARMA "tests", and advises those also attending to turn on a Bluetooth device so that his friend can send "something special".
It is possible that RuckusGuy is, in fact, Dan Bronson.

…If you’re reading this, wanna hear something cool? The whole thing sounds like elitist B.S., doesn’t it? |

The Bluetooth video[]
The video was retrievable at Comic-Con, but some visitors initially had problems receiving it. Possibly to rectify this, "User:RuckusGuy" uploaded a high quality version of the video onto YouTube, with a link hidden in the source code of a Dharma newsletter.
Dharma Wants You Hack[]
DharmaWantsYou.com was later hacked, with the message "I am on the inside" hidden as an anagram within the distortion. This is possibly a message from RuckusGuy.
