Record executive was a man working at a Drive Shaft concert. After the performance, he offered Charlie some champagne backstage, but Charlie rejected as he got beer already.

- He is seen only in a deleted flashback scene.
- In Season 1 DVD, instead of featuring under "Deleted Scenes" or "The Lost Flashbacks", the scene was covered in behind-the-scene video Backstage with Drive Shaft.
- He is credited as "Record exec" in the press release for "The Moth", but since his scene was cut and he didn't appear at all, he wasn't credited in the episode.
- According to the original script of the episode, he also had a few speaking lines congratulating Liam on his performance. It is unknown if that part was cut from post-production editing as well, or has never been filmed.
