This computer is located inside The Pearl hatch. It is actually the same computer as in The Swan, there is even a Swan logo on it (watch closely and you'll see it). In ?, Locke discovers its screen to be displaying the prompt "Print log? Y/N". Upon entering "Y", the computer's printer outputed the log printout.
