Background
Oscar was the love interest of Faith Harrington, He was a member of an extremist environmental activist group. He was responsible for tricking Faith into letting him come with her to meet her former college professor. He then injected snake venom into her professor. Oscar wanted to leave the country with her and start a new life, but she smacked a bucket onto his head, so that she could leave him.
