Podcast Summary • Podcast Transcript

A transcript is a retrospective written record of dialogue, and like a script (a prospective record) may include other scene information such as props or actions. In the case of a transcript of a film or television episode, ideally it is a verbatim record. Because closed-captioning is usually written separately, its text may have errors and does not necessarily reflect the true Canonical transcript.

Transcripts for Lost episodes up to and including "Enter 77" are based on the transcriptions by Lost-TV member Spooky with aid of DVR, and at times, closed captions for clarification. She and Lost-TV have generously granted us permission to share/host these transcripts at Lostpedia. Later transcripts were created by the Lostpedia community, unless stated otherwise below.

Blair: Well, my question is, I wanna know if we're ever gonna get a Vincent flashback, since now, y'know, time has been reversed and changed up, y'know, he's seen everything first-hand and he is who Jack sees first so y'know, if we see it from Vincent's perspective will we see how everything changed? That's my question and you guys rock.

Carlton Cuse: Isn't it awesome that Blair has a piece of Arzt on her shoulder?

Damon Lindelof: It is awesome.

Carlton Cuse: I mean, that is pretty cool.

Damon Lindelof: I thought you were gonna say, isn't it awesome that a girl watches Lost? And I was gonna say yes.

Carlton Cuse: Or goes to Comic-Con...

Damon Lindelof: Right, right, there is that.

Carlton Cuse: Who wears a shirt with a piece of Artz on it...

Damon Lindelof: Pretty awesome...

Carlton Cuse: Kinda pretty much the perfect woman.

Damon Lindelof: Life doesn't get any better than that. But Vincent... you're avoiding the question. Vincent is, last we saw, in 1977 and hanging out with Bernard and Rose.

Carlton Cuse: He has a good life. They're leaving on the beach, he's got a beach front, he can run on sand, plays catch with Bernard every day, I mean...

Damon Lindelof: Who wants to see that?

Carlton Cuse: Yeah, I mean, that's not really dramatic, it doesn't have any father issues...

Damon Lindelof: We can sell that to ABC Family.

Carlton Cuse: That's true...

Damon Lindelof: "The Adventures of 1977 Bernard and Rose and Vincent"

Carlton Cuse: Exactly.

Damon Lindelof: Sort of like a "Partridge Family" thing.

Carlton Cuse: We will say, however, that Vincent will survive Lost, he's the only character we're promising will actually not going to die before the end of the show.

Damon Lindelof: He is like the Richard Alpert of dogs. Richard Alpo, if you will.

(Damon and Calton laugh)
