The flight manifest contains the names of all of those who flew on Oceanic flight 815. The main plot point involving the flight manifest was that it revealed that Ethan Rom was not on Flight 815.
- Hurley uses this to keep track of the survivors by making a census of those at the beach and the caves.
- Locke has read the manifest, as he knows the real names of Hurley and Sawyer.
- Hurley discovered that Ethan was not on the manifest.
- Boone had also read the manifest before it got to Hurley.
- Earliest known time that the mid section survivors were in possesion of the manifest was Day 5 - Sunday, September 26, 2004, during the fuselage burning. It then went to Sawyer's possesion for about 11 days. On day 16 it was transferred to Hurley.
- On the full version a receipt for the Hanso Foundation can be seen stating Dr. Rodger, Centers for Disaese Control and GWC.
