Mark Goldman is a film editor who worked on all six seasons of Lost. He also directed the Season 5 episode "LaFleur".

Goldman is featured in the DVD extra "Lost In A Day" in Lost: The Complete Third Season (DVD) (at 3:14 pm), and provided commentary for "The Constant" in Lost: The Complete Fourth Season (DVD).

In 2007, Goldman was nominated for an Emmy Award in the category Outstanding Single-Camera Picture Editing For A Drama Series for his work on "Through the Looking Glass".

  • Goldman has stated that his favorite scene he edited is from "All the Best Cowboys Have Daddy Issues", where Charlie is found hanging from a tree. He stated that he wanted audiences to be unsure if Charlie would survive. (The Lost Shephard)
  • On the commentary track for "The Constant" on the Season 4 DVD, Goldman cites the editing style of the series finale of Star Trek: The Next Generation as his inspiration when piecing together Desmond's time traveling scenes. Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse had wanted to use a sound effect to signify travel between time periods, but Goldman fought them on it and won.
  • His first career directing credit came on the Season 5 episode "LaFleur".
