Man in Black's recruits are a mixed group of survivors of the crash of Oceanic Flight 815 (some of whom also survived Ajira Flight 316) and Others, recruited by the Man in Black. It seems that there are about 15 unnamed Others currently following the Man in Black. This group is antagonistic to Jacob's followers and Widmore's team.
Escaped Temple and was following the Man in Black when Widmore's group launched it's napalm attack on the beach. Sayid stated that all of the Man in Black's remaining followers other than Jack and Sayid were either killed by the attack or ran off into the jungle. It is unknown which of these categories Cindy falls into. ("The Candidate") The "Lost Encyclopedia" lists her as surviving the mortar attack and continuing to live on the island under Hurley's reign.
