Scene description[]
Charlie finds Locke carving a dog whistle and unsuccessfully attempts to start a conversation with him about Drive Shaft while the marshal screams in the background. Shannon tells her brother she wishes he would "just die already", a statement which Boone states is "real humane". Sayid approaches Jack about the noises of death and tells him many people believe Jack can't save his patient.
