Paul Artisan meets Ferrer on the quiet Peconiquot Island. A part-time electrician, he is also the Police Chief, and works on Keith Baker's murder. He discusses the case with Artisan when he arrives at the crime scene, and the two speculate about possible involvement of the Widmore family.
