Isabella's cross is an item dear to Richard Alpert.
1867[]
Isabella gave Ricardo the golden cross for him to pay her medicine with. He brought it with him on board the Black Rock, and it was briefly lost in the wreck. The Man in Black returned it to him in an effort of recruitment. Richard buried the cross after meeting Jacob. ("Ab Aeterno")

The cross remained buried until 2007, when Richard unearthed it. He wore it around his neck as a tribute to his late wife. ("Ab Aeterno")
