Hector was one of the last members of the DHARMA Initiative.
At the DHARMA Logistics Warehouse
For twenty years, Glenn has been working at the DHARMA Logistics Warehouse in Guam with his co-worker, Glenn, organizing and distributing the periodic resupply drop. During a normal day at work, while making sure the supply drops were ready on time, Benjamin Linus entered the warehouse and told them both that he was shutting down the station. When asked why, Ben explained that the DHARMA Initiative had been out of operation for years, and that the supply drops were being sent to an island in the middle of the Pacific. Both Glenn and Hector were given wallets filled with money, and the opportunity to each ask one question before they were to leave the warehouse. Hector questioned about the presence of polar bears on the Island and then Ben shows the two the Hydra Orientation film, after which the three of them left Guam. ("The New Man in Charge")
