Flight attendant could refer to several characters on the show.

Flight 815

A regular Boeing 777-200ER accomodates six up to ten flight attendants. Concerning Oceanic Flight 815, around ten are accounted for (see below). The first row are the flight attendants seen in the original timeline and the second row are the flight attendants seen in the alternate timeline. Cindy is the only fight attendant who survives the crash (orginial timeline), the rest have died. All flight attendants land safely at LA X with passengers in the alternate timeline.

  • The difference in flight attendants between the two timelines are due to the availablity of actors and actresses needed to flim the scene(s). Season One was filmed in 2004, and Season Six was filmed in 2009/2010 so the S1 actors/actresses probably were not available.

Flight 316

On Ajira Flight 316, bound for Guam, were three flight attendants that served the relativly small group of passengers on board. Rupa was presumably killed in the crash but the other two survived and lived at the Hydra Island beach camp until their deaths due to unknown causes.
