dinasar head on lost or simply DH, is a thread created in Lostpedia Forums on November 11th, 2008 by the user diarmyhowley, whom claimed to have had discovered a Dinosaur Head on the Black Smoke monster, in a fan-made video on Youtube.
The "dinasaur head" was merely a flash of the monster, that could be seen by pausing the video and had nothing to do with the series itself. Although Lostpedia Users started to make fun on the original post, by the fact of incorrect English grammar and improbable theories, it soon became in a funny Off-Topic post, and was quickly used as a game post, filling it with off-topic conversations between users and posting funny images using Lost screencaps and adding hilarious texts on them, oftenly refering to other users' posts from the whole forum.

recently i was watching a lost video on youtube.i noticed a flash of white smoke just arriving before the back smoke in dis video.i would like other people to look at it and tell me what they tink.around a year ago i herd da rumour dat the black smoke was invisable dinasaurs, sounds stupid i know. but wen luking at dis video i seen da flash of white smoke.it was at 13 seconds in.its really hard 2 pause took me like 20 pauses.its between da tree and the house.wen pausing i seen wat luks alot like a dinousasurs head.it may be my* mind playin tricks,but my friends agree with it being a dinasaur head.please luk at it nd get bk 2 me......i cant give a link cuz im new on dis.on youtube type in lost season 5 begins february 4,2009(video 1 of 2) ....13 seconds in,it will take a while 2 pause right on da spotil try and send da pic i got as atachment
Dinasaur Heading
The act of making comics of Lost Episode's screencaps and putting text on them is refered by the users as Dinasaur Heading or DHing. And is oftenly making from quores of original posts from either the same thread or other hilarious threads.
Format of DHs
The format of the DHs is the following:
- A user picks a determinate post of another user.
- Then the user searches for images that may be have the feeling of the original post.
- The DH are often from 3-6 images, and they can be made in Photoshop, Corel, Paint or other editing program.
- Finally it is uploaded in any image server and the posted in the DH thread, always including the source of the original post, whic can be named as Source, Dinasaurec or Saurce, in order to keeping it funny.
