Dan Bronson was called forth during the 2008 Comic Con Lost panel as a recruit that would be returning to the DHARMA recruiting center. He along with 4 others were brought to seen a secret DHARMA video, which he video taped and ran to the Lost panel and displayed it for all to see. He is played by Jesse Heiman.

It is highly likely that Dan Bronson is in fact the hacker RuckusGuy, given the content of video compared to the nature of his hack. However, this has yet to be officially confirmed.

A cryptic poster on SpoilerTv Forums by the name of DuaneIsInsane revealed two days before Comic-Con that Dan Bronson would be appearing there. He then launched a string of hoax clues. While it was quickly ascertained that his information was not in-game, it is still unclear how he gained his one piece of insider information.

The casting call for the character was: Any ethnicity, must be 18 to 22, computer hacker, self-promoter. Smart, self-righteous with a forceful personality. Suspicious about what Global Octagon Recruiting is up to, and intends to hack their recruiting fair to expose the truth and to bring himself a little on-line glory. This character is like the ultimate fan of "LOST"..
