• Libby's husband David was on the deck.
• Dave was once a real person, but died in the accident and Hurley began to imagine Dave as a transference of his guilt.
• The two people who died will surely be connected or related to either members of the Losties, Others or Hostiles.

Misc

• Some of the injured people were taken to the St. Sebastian Hospital and might have been treated by Jack or his father.
• Hurley survived the accident because the Island did not want him to die.
