Awareness of the alternate timeline

She had to have been taken to the temple for a reason. In the pilot episode she gave Jack two vodka bottles but in the new episode she only gave him one. Jack used the bottle for injuries in the original timeline. Could the reason she only gave Jack one bottle in the new episode be because she knew the plane wasn't crashing this time?
