Awareness of the flash sideways' nature

The producers explicitly confirmed that Jack needed two bottles of vodka on the Island but didn't in the flash sideways. Cindy gave Jack one fewer bottle because she knew he wouldn't crash.

-Does the flight attendant know something? She had to have been taken to the temple for a reason. In the pilot episode she gave jack two vodka bottles but in the new episode she only gave him one. Did she know the first one was going to crash and the bottle could be used for injuries? Could this be the reason she only gave Jack one bottle in the new episode - because it wasn't going to crash?
