Scene description[]
Claire enters the Shephards' kitchen, and David offers her cereal. The phone then rings, and the man at the other end tells Jack that Christian's coffin has arrived at Los Angeles.
On the Island, Jack threads a needle and stitches Kate's wound. She moans in pain. The two talk about Jin and Sun's daughter, and Jack agrees with her that they must kill Locke.
