Captain Jocko is a metafictional character who appears in Bad Twin, a novel written by Flight 815 passenger Gary Troup.
Captain Jocko runs a fishing boat out of Garrison Bight. He is described as a "real character", a Hemingway look-alike, with a fat gut, full white beard, eyes too close together, and a big deep voice. He was referred to Paul Artisan by Sky, and in turn told Artisan to go and see Crunch.
