• Is one of the Others. Juliet was brought to the Island to cure this woman's fertility problem.
• Like Richard Alpert she does not appear to age; she would appear to Juliet to be 26, however her womb has aged to that of a 70 year old, her true age.
• Is Cassidy Phillips. Age semi matches and pregnancy would be timed about right with Sawyer.
  • Very far fetched, and unlikely. Cassidy would've died before she had the chance to meet Sawyer in prison.

• The woman is Amelia. Not only did her womb age, but she did as well.
